Steamed Egg with dried Scallop and clam

Dried Scallop  30g

Clam        200g

Egg         3pcs


PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce   30ml

½ teaspoon Salt

½ teaspoon Pepper Powder

1 teaspoon Ginger Juice


1.Soak the dried scallop in the water for 2 hours, tear them into pieces and set aside. Boil the clams, drain and set aside.

2.Mix the egg with 3 parts of water, salt, pepper powder and ginger juice, stir well, put the scallop and clam into the egg mixture.

3.Steamed for 8 minutes in high heat, drizzle PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce over the top and serve.
